HIT staff took part in Malu Grape Festival 2008 held at Malu Vineyard on July 5, 2008. The vineyard is located in Malu Town, about 50 km northwest of Shanghai. In addition to about 100 types of grapes, the vineyard is also planted with a variety of green and organic vegetables such as cucumbers, green peppers, tomatos, eggplants, beans and so on. HIT staff enjoyed picking grapes and the vegetables by themselves on the site. They also tried for the first time the Chinese traditional food of dumpling made with grape juice.
